Saturday was a big day for some friends of ours. Rogue Zohu Productions premiered Weeping Willow, a Hunger Games Fan Film at the Chalet Theater in Eunumclaw, WA. A lot of hard work and sleepless nights went into this event, but it payed off as the premiere was a huge success!
The best par is that not only is the Rogue Zohu team made up of homeschoolers and self-taught filmmakers, but the whole cast and crew for Weeping Willow are/were homeschoolers as well. Talk about awesome-sauce!
^^ the Rouge Zohu Team ^^
The cast and crew arrived in style via limo. Even though when we first arrived it was windy everyone braved braved the cold for cast and crew photos, taken by Morgan. While that was going on the cast, crew, family, and friends all chatted at the park.
Before and after the showing, I had the privilege of taking photo of anyone and everyone in front of the sponsor wall. You would've thought we were in Hollywood, folks! It looked awesome. I had a blast taking those photos. Everyone was just happy and having a good time, so it was so much fun.
Congrats to the cast and crew on your achievement!
The guys lookin' snazzy in their suits...
This is so neat! Your photographs are amazing, Sereina! And your dress?!!! Darling! xx
ReplyDeleteAww, thanks Grace. That dress is a new favorite of mine from ThredUP. It's my favorite color and one of my favorite styles, so I was excited to finally have somewhere to wear it!
